Thank you for shopping with Guam Route! We are proud to offer Guam-inspired souvenirs, apparel, gifts, and handcrafted products shipped directly from Guam.
We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Some products, including engraved, handmade, made-to-order, or customized items, may require additional processing time of 5–10 business days before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak periods, including holidays, festivals, promotional sales, or high tourist seasons, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Guam
- United States (including Hawaii and Alaska)
- U.S. Territories
- Select international destinations

3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping providers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (for select international shipments)
Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and shipping availability.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times begin after order processing.
Guam Orders
- Standard Delivery: 1–5 business days
United States (Mainland)
- Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days
- Priority Shipping (if available): 3–8 business days
Hawaii & Alaska
- Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days
International Orders
- Estimated Delivery: 7–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Weight
- Package size
- Shipping method selected
From time to time, Guam Route may offer promotional or free shipping offers on qualifying purchases.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or local taxes
These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Guam Route is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Guam Route is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Customer entry errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
Guam Route is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages after delivery
If your order appears lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist with filing a shipping inquiry.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
11. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability, item size, or shipping method.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
12. Holiday & High Volume Delays
During holidays, promotional periods, typhoon disruptions, weather events, or peak shipping seasons, delays may occur.
